Rachel is a Graduate Intern on Ketchum’s Global Organizational Effectiveness & Learning team. She is passionate about creating work cultures and systems that support employee well-being, engagement, and achievement, and has 8+ years of experience applying psychological research to real-world challenges across industries from Fortune 500s to start-ups, to schools. Rachel is currently getting her M.A. in Social-Organizational Psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University.
