Wiston Rodriguez is a Doctoral Candidate in Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology at The Graduate Center & Baruch College in New York City. In his role as a learning specialist for Ketchum’s Global Organizational Effectiveness & Learning team, Wiston supports learning and development initiatives, organizational effectiveness and change management projects, employee engagement efforts, and global talent programs. As an IO practitioner, Wiston’s goal is to help Ketchum reduce employee stress and create an environment that sustains and energizes employees by integrating the application of science into the workplace.
