Ketchum author Wiston A. Rodriguez


Wiston Rodriguez is a fourth-year PhD student in the Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology program at The Graduate Center & Baruch College in New York City. In his role as a graduate intern for Ketchum’s Global Organizational Effectiveness & Learning team, Wiston supports learning and development initiatives, organizational effectiveness and change management projects, employee engagement efforts, and global talent programs. As an I/O psychologist in training, Wiston’s goal is to help Ketchum promote employee safety while reducing worker stress and create an environment that sustains and energizes employees by integrating the application of science into the workplace.
