As partner and president of Ketchum’s international markets, Esty works with global and local Ketchum leadership to establish and help drive business and operational strategies that meet today’s rapidly evolving client needs and market priorities. These include a range of initiatives such as the expansion of the agencies’ social/digital and analytics capabilities, sector-driven practices, and client services in growth markets around the world.
She serves as part of Ketchum’s global senior leadership team responsible for developing and implementing the mission, vision, strategic imperatives, values and culture of the firm. Esty’s responsibilities build on a long and enduring track record, having worked with global brands such as IBM, MasterCard, Nokia, Nokia Siemens Networks, P&G, Philips, Lenovo, Samsung, Telefonica, and Toshiba.
Among her specialties is working with the C-suite at large global brands to assist them with major corporate transformations, launches into new markets and industry-shaping strategic alliances. Previously, Esty was director of the firm’s Global Technology Practice, where she developed the practice into a global entity with more than 200 technology professionals working with both consumer and B2B clients including IBM, Best Buy, Google, Samsung, MakerBot, Toshiba, Lenovo, LINE, and Philips.
Esty is the recipient of numerous Silver Anvil and Sabre Awards, the prestigious David Drobis Award for Client Excellence and has been honored by IBM with an award for years of outstanding client service. She is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University.
