As a Managing Account Supervisor on Ketchum’s Issues and Crisis team, Katherine brings experience working across multiple industries including healthcare, energy, retail and technology.

Katherine brings deep industry knowledge across the sectors in which she has worked, as well as specialized experience working on issues and crises that include data breaches, contract negotiations, lawsuits, product recalls and many other reputational threats on behalf of her clients. Katherine works proactively with clients on assessing and building crisis management structures and capabilities among teams before a crisis hits, as well as providing in the moment, critical war-room counseling. In addition, she manages ongoing monitoring and stakeholder engagement programs to enhance clients’ issues management efforts.

Prior to joining Ketchum, she worked at two Washington, D.C. agencies specializing in crisis communications and public affairs for healthcare clients.

Katherine graduated from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a minor in Journalism and Mass Communication.
