The majority of her work focuses on developing research insights that inform communication strategy and reputation management, as well as measurement of communication tactics.

Through her 18 years of research and analytics experience, she has worked with a wide range of clients, including Philips, GE Digital, Cleveland Clinic, Merck and MilliporeSigma. Juliette is also the global research & measurement lead on OneVoiceConnect, the Omnicom virtual agency set-up to service the Philips account globally.
