Challenge:

Trade shows harness vital opportunities for companies to not only engage with existing clients, but also to make valuable new connections and generate new leads. For an energy industry event, our client tasked us with facilitating on-site touch points with their existing clients – as well as driving an awareness campaign to secure as many new leads as possible through targeted conversations around their solutions portfolio.  

Solution:

We developed a targeted email campaign combined with geotargeted advertising specifically to enable lead generation prior and during the trade show. The digital campaign was combined with proactive outreach to key trade media to increase awareness and brand visibility. 

Results:  
  • At least 45% open rate throughout the email campaign  
  • 127 leads generated, of which 93 came from EMEA 
  • 51 unique visitors resulting from the geotargeted advertising campaign – significantly above average 
  • Several media interviews granted at the trade show
