We’re looking for an Account Manager with a focus on the Financial & Professional Services and Mobility industries. This is an exciting opportunity to help our clients build and protect their corporate brand and reputation. You have experience in driving comprehensive, integrated campaigns that include thought leadership, corporate storytelling, and executive profiling? Are you familiar with supporting clients through emerging issues and crisis situations with the right prep materials? We want to talk to you!

YOUR MISSION

As an Account Manager, you are a trusted partner for our clients. Possessing a good understanding of their business and identifying their exact needs, you advise clients on both strategic and tactical levels. Together with your account team and dedicated experts, you are responsible for delivering high quality and impactful communications projects.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

+ You deliver strategic counsel and develop integrated communications strategies for your clients, together with our experts in strategic planning & insight, creative and digital.

+ You drive effective project and campaign implementation, identifying the best resources to meet and exceed client expectations with an ability to delegate work appropriately.

+ You oversee and manage budgets, forecasts and revenue tracking.

+ You build and leverage a deep understanding of your clients’ business and competitive environment to anticipate their needs and seize opportunities that deliver impact for both our clients and Ketchum.

+ You engage, support and coach junior colleagues.

+ You build a strong expertise in the Financial & Professional Services industry with theopportunity to take on a key role in the development of the industry practice.

+ French or Dutch native speaker with a good knowledge of Dutch/French as your second language.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

+ 5+ years prior experience in a communications consultancy or in-house department.

+ Intellectually curious and enjoying a multi-faceted, fast-paced environment.

+ Commercial mindset with an ability to identify business opportunities

+ Strong organization skills with a high degree of flexibility, and ability to meet tight deadlines.

+ Excellent people management skills, driven by values.
