YOUR MISSION

As an Account Manager, you are a trusted partner for our clients. Possessing a good understanding of their business and identifying their exact needs, you advise clients on both strategic and tactical levels. Together with your account team and dedicated experts, you are responsible for delivering high quality and impactful integrated communications campaigns.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

+ You develop integrated communications strategies for your clients, together with our experts in strategic planning & insight, creative and digital.

+ You drive effective campaign implementation, identifying the best resources to meet and exceed client expectations with an ability to delegate work appropriately.

+ You oversee and manage budgets, forecasts and revenue tracking.

+ You build and leverage a deep understanding of your clients’ business and competitive environment to anticipate their needs and seize opportunities that deliver impact for both our clients and Ketchum.

+ You engage, support and coach junior colleagues.

+ You develop a strong expertise and affinity with your clients’ industry. You will report to the Industry Business Leader and contribute actively to the development of the industry practice.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

+ 5+ years prior experience in a communications consultancy or in-house department.

+ Intellectually curious and enjoy a multi-faceted, fast-paced environment.

+ Commercial mindset with an ability to identify business opportunities

+ Strong organization skills with a high degree of flexibility, and ability to meet tight deadlines.

+ Excellent people management skills, driven by values.

+ French or Dutch native speaker with a good knowledge of Dutch/French as your second language.
