Diversity and Inclusion Company of the Year is Ketchum London

Ketchum London has taken leaps to drive systemic change throughout its organisation and create a diverse and inclusive workplace at warp speed. As the first organisation audited by CreativeEquals.org to achieve BRONZE accreditation on the first attempt in 2019, and SILVER accreditation in 2020 (earning rank as CE’s highest scoring organisation ever), Ketchum is leading change through innovations in training, recruitment, internships and apprenticeships, progressive family policy changes, a dynamic Inclusion Council, and senior leaders who are fully invested in doing the hard work to foster a culture where D&I, respect and equality are central to everything the agency does – The Drum.
Ketchum London’s CEO, Jo-ann Robertson, says Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) is a top business priority for Ketchum London. We fundamentally believe that diverse teams operating in an inclusive culture produce the most exceptional and progressive award-winning work. A commitment to D&I best practices not only makes business sense, but it’s the right thing to do. We are delighted our efforts have been recognised but there is much more to do. We are on a journey to be the most inclusive and diverse communications agency in London, doing work that matters.
