We are all dealing with the uncertainty of these times, and the situation seems to change hour-by-hour. But we’ve maintained a consistent focus on our top priorities – our people and our clients.
From the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, Ketchum has concentrated on ensuring the safety of our colleagues while at the same time maintaining business continuity and our exceptional levels of service to our clients.
We’ve been a fully flexible workplace for more than two years. For the last several weeks – in some markets, months – our colleagues have exercised their ability to work remotely to continue servicing their clients while maintaining good social distancing practices. As of March 16, nearly all our employees are working from home, where consistent with local government recommendations.
We continue to work with clients in both their planned activations as well as with the urgent need for internal and stakeholder communication, business marketing continuity planning and crisis scenario planning as implications for COVID-19 continue to develop.
I am encouraged by the resilience of our people and our clients in this trying time. I know we will all continue to support and take care of each other as we navigate this together.
