Ketchum Change helped McCormick activate a global workforce of brand ambassadors through an internal communications and employee engagement program that bolstered the company’s brand positioning and promise. A visual teaser campaign including posters, fliers, and emails from the CEO built buzz among employees leading up to global brand roll-out. Ketchum Change designed and coordinated the execution of launch events for 8,000 employees in 45 locations across the world.
