Each year, PRWeek honors the top public relations agencies from across the U.S. that showcase outstanding workplace environments and a strong commitment to work-life balance, recognizing employee excellence as well as effective and inspirational leadership. An elite panel of PRWeek staff and judges – all experts in talent recruitment within the public relations industry – then evaluate entries to select the winners.
