Ketchum at ColorComm 2017

Ketchum's Lindsay Wagner joins Omnicom PR Group leaders for a panel discussion on communicating within today's political climate.

Ketchum is proud to support the ColorComm conference. Nine men and women from our team will be sharing their insights and finding inspiration at this important event for women of color in communications.

No matter your political affiliation, there’s no denying the world has changed. In our offices, communities and the markets and audiences we serve, we’re experiencing greater polarization, increasing incivility and heightened sensitivities. Even the best-intended communications and campaigns risk being branded as ignorant, tone deaf or missing the mark altogether. Ketchum's Lindsay Wagner will join a panel comprised of Omnicom PR Group leaders at ColorComm to share insights into why people of color have an important role to play, and must have a seat at the table. Political Strategist, CNN Commentator and Communications Consultant Symone Sanders, will moderate this timely discussion on communicating in the current era.

Panelists include:

  • Lindsay Wagner, Managing Account Supervisor, Ketchum
  • Della Sweetman, Chief Business Development Officer, FleishmanHillard
  • Soon Mee Kim, Global Diversity & Inclusion Leader, Porter Novelli
  • Moderator: Symone Sanders, CNN Correspondent and former Press Secretary for Bernie Sanders

Stream the panel discussion live on July 27 at 8am EST on ColorComm's facebook page here.
