  1. Fundamental identification of issues and subsequent scenario planning provide a menu approach for companies wanting to address specific topics.
  2. The mapping of stakeholder “ecosystems” takes a deeper dive into the probability of a specific crisis and explores the horizontal and vertical layers of influence it will have.
  3. Comprehensive planning, crisis simulation training and executive counsel are packaged to help a company prepare for a crisis before, during and after the event. 

Through it all, Ketchum Pleon works to create a stable of quick and reactive content, including messaging, databases and all collateral. The team’s comprehensive experience with issues from labor legislation, the environment and security make the creation of these materials more rapid, increasing a company’s level or preparedness and allowing the Ketchum Pleon team and the client to spend more time addressing, identifying and dissecting difficult issues.
