Dan Madia, Senior Partner

Dan Madia is a Senior Partner of Ketchum. He is responsible for all aspects of human resources for the firm. In addition he serves as General Manager of Stromberg Consulting, a change-management consultancy. Dan also serves on the agency’s 10-member Executive Committee.

 

Dan has been with Ketchum for more than 32 years and is responsible for the agency’s leadership position in recruiting and retaining the industry’s top talent by applying best practices from the public relations industry. He also has played an instrumental role in committing agency resources to the ongoing global rollout of the groundbreaking intranet portal myKGN, allowing the agency to use technology to operate in real time with clients, create collaborative workspaces, and develop knowledge-sharing tools. 

 

Dan began his career in Ketchum’s Pittsburgh office within the administrative services area. From Pittsburgh he transferred to the Houston office to serve as Financial Manager and then on to New York, where he was promoted to Operations and Business Manager. Dan returned to the Pittsburgh office as part of the corporate group and now currently serves the agency out of its headquarters in New York.

 

Dan is a graduate of Robert Morris University and has also participated in Omnicom’s Diversified Agency Services Senior Management Training Program.
