Ketchum Named Finalist for InformationWeek’s 2009 Top 500 Business Innovators Ranking

Ketchum has been ranked 186th in InformationWeek’s 2009 Top 500 Business Innovators list, and is the only public relations firm included in the top 250 companies on the list. Unique among corporate rankings, the InformationWeek 500 spotlights the power of innovation in information technology. Now in its 22nd year, the award tracks the technologies, strategies, investments and administrative practices of the biggest companies in the U.S. Other 2009 winners include CME Group (1), Coca-Cola (8), FedEx (10), Roche (17) and Google (32).

 

Ketchum’s application for the award focused on the agency’s use of online video and collaboration tools to support both agency and client meetings. The technology has quickly become part of the Ketchum technology consulting toolset and has resulted in more effective meetings and new capabilities for client events.
